This Press Note is put out to bring to the attention of the concerned authorities and general public that Holy Cross High School, Kurla has been facing threats from an Andolan over the last few days, to secure admissions for a certain political party.
Holy Cross High School, Kurla has been committed to reducing the numbers in a classroom, as per the Pupil-Teacher Ratio, as provided in the Right to Education guidelines. We wish to keep the student strength of our classes at the optimum so as to maintain the best quality in education. Keeping this objective in mind, we are unable to entertain any requests for additional admissions.
Our school seeks the prayers and support of all people to ensure that our school children, their parents, our teachers and staff, who will be on our school campus, are safe from harm.
The Teachers, Staff and I, at Holy Cross High School Kurla, count on our thousands of parishioners , parents and ex-students to help us maintain the right of our school to limit class strength for the best education for our children.
