The purpose of this event is to teach our people that the Bible is not just a "book of information" about our Christian heritage, but it is "daily bread," intended by God to "nourish" every Catholic spiritually, and to "transform them in spirit, mind and body" so that they become joyful and committed disciples of Jesus Christ in our modern world.
Every Catholic must personally discover that the word of God is a fecund source of grace.
The office of the Commission for Bible is located at The Retreat House, Bandra. Contact Ms Niku Fernandes (mobile 9930976167) to register.
